Project Administration provides oversight and coordination of a project acting as the owner’s representative including organizing and evaluating all bid responses, contract award, budget management, ensuring work schedules are maintained, and oversight to prevent contractor default and claims. Additional post-construction services include management and coordination of equipment start-ups, certifications, compliance, permitting and calibrations as well as coordinating manuals and procedures for all utilities
